Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Parabellum Arena (“we”, “us”), an Invictus company, collects when you play at play.parabellumarena.com, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as the game needs to run.

1. What we collect

• Account details. Your username, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and — only if you choose to secure your account — your email address.
• Gameplay. Match results, the inputs you send during a match, your PLAY balance and transaction history, ratings, and league standing.
• Technical data. IP address and browser information recorded with your session and in server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Support. Anything you send us at support@parabellumarena.com.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not collect payment or identity documents — no real-money features are offered today.

2. How we use it

To run matches and matchmaking, keep your balance and history, compute ratings and leaderboards, detect cheating and collusion, protect the Service against abuse, send you a one-time sign-in code when you secure or recover your account, and answer your support requests.

3. Cookies and local storage

We set one essential session cookie so the game knows who you are. We use your browser’s session storage to reconnect you to a match if you refresh mid-round. There are no third-party or advertising cookies.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: Resend (delivers sign-in emails) and Amazon Web Services (hosting). We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers. We will disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the Service and its players.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Guest sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity. Match records and ledger history are retained to keep results auditable and to investigate integrity issues. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Your choices

Email support@parabellumarena.com to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. We’ll respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

8. Real-money features

If we launch contests with real-money entry fees, we will need to verify players’ identity and location and process payments through vetted third-party vendors. We will update this policy and tell you what changes before any of that goes live.
